Repeat statements like "I am confident," "I can handle any situation," or "I believe in myself." Affirmations can help shift your mindset towards a more confident state.

Visualize success: Close your eyes for a moment and visualize yourself successfully completing a task or achieving a goal. Imagine the situation in vivid detail, incorporating positive emotions and sensations. Visualizing success can prime your mind for confident performance.
